Is there any way for VBA to make an action when a key, say P, is pressed (by
action, I mean pausing the presentation).

Thanks in Advance.

You can use Shortcut Manager for PowerPoint from
http://officeone.mvps.org/ppsctmgr/ppsctmgr.html to assign keyboard
shortcuts to VBA macros. There is this PowerPoint Calculator at
http://officeone.mvps.org/vba/ppt_calculator.html that uses Shortcut Manager
to assign single keystrokes to its macros. The source code for PowerPoint
Calculator is open for you to see and use.

Any other methods of storing macros to keypresses?

Or is that it?

Also; where would you get the shortcut manager again?
