Keybord for a 2nd user doestn't match

I've connected my keybod on the system. Unforunately, this keybord isn't a
USB-one (so directly connected to the CPU). The dealer has done the
pre-install, the keybord (an AZERTY one) is correctly connected. However,
when I wan to create a second user (for my kids...), the keybord reacts as
being a QWERTY-one.
How can I configure this keybord for an additional user as being an AZERTY?
(remeber, is is not a USB-connected keybord!)
