A user in winxp is having problems with the keyboard. Whenever she logs on the keyboard stops responding. We already changed the motherboard thinking that it was the ps2 port but it doesn't work. What do you suggest?

Have you gone to: Start | Control Panel | Keyboard | hardware tab|
troubleshoot or properties ?? ..from there check out possible reasons
....but
Until you can fix your keyboard, but need one right away, and your mouse is
still working, you can use a virtual one .. goto Start | Run | Type: OSK

dang..did it again....you can't type OSK because your keyboard is dead
....but if you borrow one, activate this little apple, and set a shortcut up
for it for future use.

You probably have a Corrupt User Profile. Delete it and Create a new
one.
