Hi: Is there any way I can changed the CAPS LOCK key so
that it will work ONLY if I press it 3 times in succession
and that the change will work in all programs? My Toshiba
laptop is great but I hit that darn key all the time by
mistake. It is most annoying.

There's a little freeware utility called Anticapslock (downloaded as
caps.zip) which works all right with XP. Sorry, don't have an URL for
it.
