I have 2 profiles which both are administrators.. one
profiles keys on the laptop work correctly.. but the
other profile some keys spit out numbers when you want to
key in alpha.. Example I try and key the letter O and it
comes out a 6 and that is the number below the O key
anyhow... I have fixed this before but I totally forget..

Help...

Hi Deana -

Press the NumLk key while logged into the user profile that's giving you
problems. There are numbers embedded in the right hand of the keyboard that
are activated by use of the NumLk key.

Hi Jef,

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately that did not fix
the problem. It dawned on me the next day that with a
laptop what you have to do is once you are in the profile
that has the num locks on is you need to press FN key and
then the F11 key.. that did the trick..

Again, Thanks,

Deana
