keyboard trouble

my keyboard has eneabled something that has caused it to
do icky things. my keyboard isn"t acting properly and
i"m getting all kinds of wrong things happeneing> like
that when i actually wanted a period instead of an
arrow...how do i get my keyboard back to normal?

The only explaination that I can find is that;
One of your Shift-keys is stuck-down *and* your Caps-lock is on (is the
Caps-lock light on?)

Hi,

Control Panel/Regional and Language options/languages tab, click details,
see if some other keyboard languages are installed. If so, you may want to
remove them.
