Keyboard sounds...

A while back I had my keyboard making sounds that mimic the letters on the
keypad that I pressed. I know I wasn't imagining it, but I can't figure out
what series of keystrokes I typed/mistyped to make that happen. How did I
manage to get those sounds?

Windows Narrator ( Press Winkey + U) or look in programs, accessories,
accessibility, narrator.
