Using the keyboard instead of the mouse, is there a way to open the
right-click menu for a picture in a web page? Thank you for your help.

Try Shift + F10

I'm afraid that doesn't work for me. How do you select the picture?

Once you are at the web page where the picture is......
use the "Tab" key to scroll through the page until the picture is highlighted.
Shift + F10 opens the menu.
The keyboard shortcut for "Save target as" is Shift + s

But the picture doesn't get highlighted; it is not a link.

My mistake biff33. It will only work if the picture is a link.

Is this needed because you don't have a working mouse?

Try using MouseKeys instead?
Hint: use XP's Help. Press Win-F1 and search for mousekeys
