I have a monitor that is 90 degrees turned. I have checked all the keyboard
shortcuts listed to find 1 that will flip it back but have come up empty. Any
ideas.
 
That is because the shortcut is programmed by the video adapter driver
and software, not Windows! Look in Display Properties, Settings,
Advanced, your adapter name for something about rotating the screen.

If all else fails, lay the monitor on its side.
