keyboard setup

HI,

When i press shift+" it does the '@' command...how can I reverse
this??basically the opposite of what should be happening...very annoying when
writing e-mails but probably a simple explantion!

How to set keyboard language for your local keyboard.. presently it is set
for English US, and you need to change it to English UK..
