keyboard scan codes

Hi,

I want to build an additional spezial keypad with 16 keys.
These keys should have other scan codes and other vitual
key codes as a normal keyboard. Because they should not
overlap
Therefor I want to use the virtual key codes of F13 ...
F24. My keypad has to generate the scan code for these
virtual key codes. But I can't find the corresponding scan
code of set 2.

Does the keyboard driver process these scan codes?

Can anyone help me?

There is something strange with these key tables. First
there is no scan code for F16-F24.
Second when I use MapVirtualKey(0x7C, 0) for the virtual
key code of F13, I get the scan code 0x64 and not 0x5D as
shown in the table.
