Keyboard reverse entry

Sometimes, particulary when I'm on the internet, the keyboard gets messed up
and what I type is entered in reverse, from right to left. I can't seem to
find a virus and it takes a reboot to fix. Anyone know what is causing this
problem and how to avoid it? Thanks, Maximus

Do you have any alternate-language keyboards installed?

If so, some versions of Windows have an annoying habit of suddenly and
without warning, switching keyboards, and the only fix I've found is to
remove the other keyboards layouts, under Regional and Language Options.

Because I'm in Canada, my Vista laptop came with a French-Canadian keyboard
driver installed, and with no identifiable prompting or pattern would
suddenly shift from English to French. Removing the French layout fixed
this.
