Keyboard question

Is it really nessasery for one to hit the Pause/Break key on my keybord everyTime I leave my compuderr? I've dared not try it, but am wondering what wud happen? Is this what cosses a system to crash? Is this where viruss come from? Does anyOne have a good ressapee for tossed salad like what they have at Hardees?

Not really...Pappy made those pigs feet and eggs things again and muh stumuks been a-growlin worse than Sassy with a fool moon. But how are you? Fine I hop.
