Keyboard Problems

My keyboard has just recently been acting very strange. I
have XP and I just replaced the keyboard thinking that
was the problem but it still isn't working properly.
Sometimes it types in all capitals when caps lock is off
and especially when I'm on internet explorer. Also when
I'm on the web and I click on ablack section of the page,
it will revert me back to my homepage. I beleive it may
be that that the computer always thinks the shift key is
held down but thats just a thought. Sometimes menues and
toolbars will pop up like I just hit a hotkey or
something. Please Help quick. It is very annoying and
driving me insane. Thanks!

You probably have a virus or Trojan hijacker.
Another possibility is that you have the keyboard set to the
wrong country.
