Keyboard problems

Hi i have a microsoft wired keyboard and none of the f keys work i.e f1 f2 f3 etc. also some of the multimedia buttons dont work like the log off button and the sleep button. Can anyone help me on this??

i have EXACTLY the same problem

I have a Microsoft COmfort Wireless and none of the f1 etc buttons work, nor do the multimedia or msn etc buttons. I never recieved any software to change them

moral of story: never buy microsoft mice/keyboards.
 
yes i your read your article before and it puzzles me greatly. My drivers are up to date definately(first thing i did when f buttons wouldn't work) , and articles around the net seemed to really like it too. Maybe im just mazingly unlucky...

edit: zoom doesn't work either - neither does the tilt function of the mouse
