keyboard problem

i keep getting this message when my computer attempts to
go into standby mode "The device driver for
the 'Standard 101/102 key or Microsoft Natural PS/2
keyboard'device is preventing the machine for entering
standby. Please close all applications and try again. If
the problem persists, you may need to update the driver".

I have closed all apps and retried a number of times and
it continues to happen. I believe i need to download a
new driver, but i dont know where or what i need. Can
someone help me with this? Thank you.
 
Hello

Try this remove the ky from the device manager and reboot your
pc and then let Windows find the KB again
