keyboard operation glitches

After reinstalling windows home XP my keyboard has some keys operation reversed, ie @ and ", also others. Is this a US version, and where can I download a UK version so that keys on my Microsoft Internet Keyboard match up again.
 
Hi,

Control Panel/Regional and Language options/Languages tab, click details.
Change the default keyboard language on the Settings tab.
