Keyboard locks up

I installed Vista about a few days back. Some minor issues and one major
issue. When I allow my computer to be dormat for about an hour or so, my
keyboard locks up. When I attempt to use the keyboard to type in my password,
no response. The caps light and numbers light are active meaning that the
computer initiated this without my input. I must reboot the computer.

I did not experience this with Windows XP. Anyone having this problem?

Hibernate & other forms of Sleep/Low Power conditions don't always
awaken properly. My notebook works 100% with power savings, but
I've worked on a couple of Vista desktops where there are issues. The
only common condition seems to be Wireless keyboards & mice. This
is most likely a driver issue but the number of variables is quite large. It
could be BIOS settings/compatibility or power savings settings for items
like USB Root Hubs, NICs....
Wish I could give you a definite area to concentrate on, but I've been
unsuccessful in resolving it and had to "Disable" Sleep and simply use a
monitor off/Drive spin down solution on these desktop Vista machines
until Logitech releases updated drivers ( not SetPoint 3.3 ) and see if it
resolves it. Both machines use a Logitech Wireless/Mouse combo.
