Is there a hot key on the microsoft multimedia keyboard that causes the image on my monitor to flip upside down? How do you undo this?
 
You need to tell us what brand of video card or adapter you have.
If you happen to have a NVIDIA card or adapter, right-click on
your desktop and select:

Properties > Settings > Advanced > GeForce (tab) > NVRotate
and change the setting to "Landscape (0 degree rotation)".
