keyboard help

I have a problem with my ms multimedia keyboard. My
problem is that i can't control the volume on my
keyboard. I think it is a settings problem can someone
help me. keyboard product id: 59195-OEM-8662076-00306

OEM indicates that it came with your computer. MS does not, will not and
cannot assist with OEM-provided hardware or software. Please see your system
manufacturer and/or vendor.
