keyboard fails when I switch user accounts

I have 2 user accounts with admin privileges (one for home stuff, one
for work). When I log off and switch to the work user account, the
keyboard stops working. I can't do any work stuff now... hardware
problem (I have tried two different keyboards) or Windows problem?

Does Microsoft tech support help on these sorts of things, or do I have
to pay $40 for a call that may not yield a solution?
 
Hi,

It is possible that the profile of this account is
corrupted. Try to create a new account with the same
admin privileges and then delete the old one.
BTW, make sure there is no password protected files or
encripted files before the deletion.
