Keyboard error

I setup windows xp recently on my comptuer. After
finishing the setup I recognized that letters z and y in
keyboard are kind of misplaces. So to have Y typed I have
to press z and vise versal.I was wondering if anybody can
help me with my problem.

What setting is here (if scancode exists)
