Keyboard error

I have a wireless keyboard but XP wont allow me to load
it. It acknowledges the wireless mouse and installed
it's software, but wont install the keyboard software,
even if I delete the default keyboard and drivers. After
restart,. they're still there. Also, when I attempt to
go into stand-by mode, I get an error message that states
the keyboard driver wont allow it to standby?!? Any
takers?

Hello Jim

Have you maybe tried a PS2 KB and then boot your system
up remove all drivers related to your wireless KB and then
make sure you have the latest drivers for your wireless KB
and then re-install. Also can you provide make or model of
the wireless KB that you are using
