Recently I tried running some older software by starting
the computer in DOS.But my computer's keyboard will not
react or the computer has frozen i'm not exactly sure.I am
using a PS/2 keyboard.

Best way to tell if your pc is frozen is to press the caps lock key and see
if the light comes on. If it doesnt, most likely it is frozen.

What do you mean "start the computer in DOS"? With
a DOS boot disk? If so then your problem has nothing to
do with Windows 2000. I recommend you try a DOS or
a hardware newsgroup.

If it's frozen, can you use a hair dryer?

;o)

personally I like to use a candle, leave it close by and it warms the pc
slowly without condesation forming as it does with a hair drier :p
