One of the PCs that I work with is a compaque/Intel
Pentium III running Windows 2000. when I got this machine,
the Japanese character set was active and it had problems
with showing some of the characters in English mode, so I
disabled the Japanese character set and that problem is
solved. However, now three of the keys have problems:
1- Caps-Lock does not work at all.
2- When I press F9 it types ` and Shift-F9 types ~
3- The `~ key works as Escape.
basically F9 is switched with `~ key (the key right below
Esc)
Does any body know what can be worng and how can I fix
this? If not please help me find the right place to post
this question.
