Keyboard Configuration

I am stuck with my kb. I live in Brazil and my keyboard configuration should be portugues ABNT, which I can not find anywhere in windows XP. Can anyone help me...not even the question mark I am able to find.
 
Try this:
Go to Start, (Settings), Control Panel, Regional and
Language options and (hit the down arrow) set for
Portugese (Brazil). . .
