Message: My keyboard works on startup but as windows starts it doesn't! I I

Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration
information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

keyboard-----standard 101/02-key or microsoft natural ps/2 keyboard [laptop]

try a system restore, it holds copies of your registry, and there should be
a good copy in there somewhere.
