Sure, you can set up a macro. There are plenty of programs that can record and playback a macro.

Another possible solution is a program that automatically fills out
forms. The passwords and personal information are encrypted both within
the program and during transmission to the web site. There are very many
programs that do this. I do not use this type of program myself so
cannot make a recommendation.

Of course, duh! I didn't read the whole post, so I didn't see the website part. Good catch Ted.

A form-filler app would be easier for that, although if he's got arthritis, then some kind of macro or shorthand program could come
in handy for other typing tasks as well.

Also, perhaps some kind of wrist-rest or other ergonomic type device designed to facilitate people with bad hands, carpel-tunnel,
etc. could come in handy.
