The keyboard can't beep unless it includes speaker(s). You didn't mention
that. Presumably when you say the keyboard is beeping really means the
keyboard has a speaker that is making the beeping noise rather than you
plugging in that keyboard makes the speaker inside the computer case start
beeping.

The beeping keyboard is provided a sound function that requires its driver
or software be installed. Your dad's keyboard doesn't make the noise on
your computer because your dad's keyboard doesn't include a built-in
speaker. Similarly, when you hook your keyboard to your dad's computer,
your dad's computer doesn't have the driver or software installed to support
that sound-enabled keyboard. So start checking the driver or software that
got installed for this sound-enabled keyboard (assuming you actually have
installed it). Might be you have to uninstall it and install it again (and
get the latest version for the mfr's web site).

You also don't mention what is the brand and model of this sound-enabled
keyboard so any help you get here is going to be as vague as the information
provided was vague.
