keyboard ain't working

evertime i touch a key on my keyboard it freezes up my
mouse then i have to restart. i checked the device
manager and itsaid the device driver isn't working code
39. ive installed a driver from the cd it came with and
still nothing. the keyboard is a microsoft natural
keybord and i have also downloaded new drivers from
microsoft.
 
Go back to Device Manager and rt click on keyboard and uninstall.
Also disconnect the keyboard from the back of
the computer and then start up without it. Shutdown ,reconnect and
then restart.



39 Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver
may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) Reasons for this error include a
driver that is not present; a binary file that is corrupt; a file I/O
problem, or a driver that references an entry point in another binary file
that could not be loaded.
Uninstall the driver, and then click Scan for hardware changes to
reinstall or upgrade the driver.

On the General Properties tab of the device, click Troubleshoot to
start the troubleshooting wizard.
