Keyb Shutdown instead of sleep

Hi!
I have a Gigabyte GA-7N400 Pro2 MBoard, winXP SP1 and a Microsoft Multimedia
Keyb.

In the power options I used to manage that when I press the sleep button on
the keyb, to shut down the computer.

Now I reinstalled Windows, and instead of tho options I have only one.

The Mboard BIOS has the option for W98 key, which is active

What I want is to shut down the computer from the keyb instead of the button
(I'm not interested in 3rd party software).
I know it's possible, I did it before, but I can figure how.
