I really need help. I'm not sure what caused it but
everytime I turn my computer on I get a message that
states..."motivedirectory has caused an error in
kernel32.dll" sometimes my computer will keep working
after that(like right now)but most of the time, it locks
up, freezes, it won't even turn off. I really need this
problem fixed. My job is on my home computer, and it is a
must that my computer function properly at all times. Can
you help me? Please? Thank you, Kimberly Ward

We don't have anything on that error. I did search the Internet and
found where several people were getting that exact error after
install HP printers. You may want to search your hard drive for
motive.exe and see where it is located. That might give you some
insight of where to look for support.
