kernel32.dll error trying to access yahoo mail

I get "explorer has cause an kernel32.dll error" when I try
to access yahoo mail on IE6. Started after installing
sbcyahoo dsl.

Have completely uninstall IE6 including removing reg
entries and deleted all sbc yahoo programs.

Can get mail with netscape.
