loosing my mind

Installed the Nov 03 IE critical update 824145 and
restarted the computer as directed. Now every time I go to
start then just highlite programs or just highlite the
favorites box without clicling it on, I get "Explorer
caused an invalid page fault in
Module Browseui.dll at 017f:7117e0b6
and 017f:7118cded.
and 017f:71179a53.

When I click on to close it I get the same warning but
this time Kernael 32,DLL at 017f:bff7b9e6

Help as the first time I close them out, my desktop
flashes and i loose the Norton, MSN Chat and Task
Scheduler from the toolbar and the second time it happens
and i close the windows, IE freezes the PC all together
and i can not shut down the computer.

I have run a Norton Corporate edition of the system, ran a
Disk Scan and defrag as it usually fixes the first signs
of my PC acting funny but this time, no help. Only other
symptoms are that SurferBar and rlleblhstr have found
there way onto my computer as well under view then
toolbars and have been driving me nuts for the past 3
months. HELP PLEASE

Check your system for "hijackware".

I highly recommend using HijackThis
(http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/hijackthis.zip) to identify and
assist in the removal of these bad guys. **Post your files to
http://forums.spywareinfo.com/, not here.**

Also update your virus definitions and then run a full system scan. From
now on, do both daily.
