Kerio Firewall

I don't think there's any such thing (they went right from 2.1.5 to
the new version (4.02).

Ah. Good.

I have 2.15, although it installs in "Kerio3" sub directory.

Just in case I don't like 4.02, I can fall back 20 2.15, or whatever it
really is.

I believe they went straight from 2 to 4 to avoid the constant confusion
over Kerio and Tiny. When Tiny went it's own way, the next version of it
was Tiny Personal Firewall 3.

I believe, unless Kerio 4 gets much better, that you will want to stay with
2.1.5. Kerio 4 has been a boondoggle from it's enception. Buggy to an
extreme. Also, the interface seems to be designed to mimic Zone Alarm. A
lot of user control and customizability is missing as well.

I don't know why people automatically think that "new is better." From what
I've seen of Kerio 4, it's a step backwards. I also understand it will not
be free.

They went from 2 to 3, then the concept for 3 changed so much they
jumped to 4 before 3 got out of beta.

Why do you think I was scrambling for 2.15? ;-)
