Kerberos problem?

Cat bite

I have a updated Windows XP Professional SP2 and join to the Active
Directory (w2k3) and connect to a stand alone Windows XP Pro.

It takes a long time to connect this stand-alone shared folder and appear
event LSASRV 40961
The Security System could not establish a secured connection with the server
cift/stand-alone. No authentication protocol was available.

It's still lagging even I created an user account same as these AD-ed XP
logon.

From this Event ID and the description of the long time your machine
takes to log onto the server, it sounds like your server's and
workstation's DNS are set incorrectly.

The server should only look to itself for DNS with forward and reverse
zones set up for Internet access. The workstation should only look to
the server for DNS. Here are some links to help:
