I purchased Kensington Model 67014 Video Cam. I tried to
install it using the cd that came with it, but it will
not work. Going to the Kensington website, I learned that
the Video Cam will not work on the Windows Xp OS, but it
is fine under 95 or 98. I am not the most computer
literate, can anyone please advise what I can do as to
finding a way to get this Video Cam to work using the
windows XP os. I am guessing I need a device driver.
According to Kensington, they discontinued the product
line and no longer offer any support. It looks like a
well made Video Cam, but it doesn't do any good unless I
can get it to work. Please offer any advice to

Try to sell it on e-bay? Really, if there's no XP driver from the MFG and
they're not going to put one out, it's useless if you use XP. Try searching
on google to see if you can find a user forum specific to your product,
they'd be more likely to have some ideas...

That's not necessarily true. Try running the cam in Win98
compatibility mode before giving up. My old cam works perfectly well
in this mode on my WinXP system.
