Hi ...
I know Kelly T. is a member of the MS-MVP people , My
question is has anyone had any problems using her
website ? Mostly her tweak site ... What i am getting at
is , I whenever given the option to download anything
from the net i would perfer to be able to read or try to
understand whatever the program does to my computer , Now
i notice on her website it doesn't give this option
you're basically stuck with the option to save on disk or
run the program , Am i missing somewhere were this option
is available ?

PS: No offence Kelly but I like to know exactly if
posible what a program does before i go ahead and
download it ...

You could use the "save target as" command and then open the
file with a text editor (Notepad). But unless you're a
qualified programmer, you probably would not understand what
the function was. If you were a qualified programmer, you
probably would not need Kelly.
Here website does explain what the scripts do, just not in
great detail, step by step.

Hi,

For an explanation, Kelly would have to redo her site to include a popup
explaining each download. Given the number of fixes she has, and the amount
of time it would take to fix each, this is not a realistic proposition.
Kelly is about as honest, helpful, and straight-forward as a person free
help could possibly be. I would trust her, and any file from her site,
implicitely. As Jim has mentioned, you can always download the file, then
right-click it and choose edit. Nearly everything she has is either in .reg
or .vbs format and can be opened and examined in notepad.
