keeps wanting to install UPDATE PATCH KB826939

I install it and scan again and think it needs it again. This is typical
but very frustrating. Any ideas?
 
Open ADM.,in control-panel,services,scroll down and start installer
the next time you reinstall it,better yet uninstall,reinstall with installer running.
