How do I send a e-mail to all my contacts requesting their updated
information that would automatically update in my address book without me
doing each one myself?

You could do a mail merge to all your contacts. Keep in mind, though, that
many people find this kind of request greatly annoying.

thank you so much for answering this for me. I have found two software
programs that not only help me with this problem i was having but remmoves
duplicates from my calander and conttact list. The first I bought off of the
internet, it is called Contact Clinic, and I bought it because it has a email
templete and program that per my instruction, or told it to do all my
contacts, etc. It upleaded each e-mail and sent it with instructions to the
contact to hit reply and only put their information in the boxes alloted for
that fieild. They send it, it comes right to my inbox and everytime i log
into Outlook, i run a maintence program. Not a one of the 150 have sent me a
e-mail back complaining abnout it. Most have filled out every piece of info
they could. This program also comes with similiar other functions, not just
this contact templete. Also I found YOU SOFTWARE, new and I am sure you have
heard of it. Made just for Outlook. I am happy with my decision,, for now i
do noit have to manily update each rrecord myself.

Do you have a URL for Contact Clinic? I was not able to locate it.
