Keeping Mail "always on"

Is there a way to make Mail always running when my computer is turned on so
that I can receive my messages as soon as they are sent? I understand that I
can open Mail and run it minimized at startup I would like it to run
automatically (like Norton, Windows sidebar, the speaker etc) Thank you in
advance.

Put a WinMail shortcut in your Startup folder. Adjust the properties to run
minimized if you like.
