Keeping captions aligned with thumbnail photos

I've studied the manual and this seems so simple, but I
don't find it anywhere. I'm displaying dozens of
thumbnail photos and want to keep the individual captions
aligned with the appropriate photos. Different customers'
monitors display my pages differently -- changes
in "View/Text size" change everything -- so that often the
captions are all over the place. Any suggestions? Thank
you!

Use tables to structure your page layout, photo in top row, caption in
bottom row.
