Keeping a program on top?

Beautiful Cheese

I've tried looking for this here but I'm not so good on searching
especially with Agent. I want to use Xchat for irc but it doesn't stay
on top. Is there a program I can use to keep its window on top of
other windows? If that made sense in any way.

Thought about asking the developers to offer that option?, tis much easier

I like: RBTray V2.7

"Allows you to minimize windows in the system tray area on taskbar by
clicking right mouse button on the window's minimize box or from window's
system menu. Also allows to set any window in 'Always on top' state from
window's system menu."
