Using Vista and I have a website I visit and Windows fills in my password
when I enter my login name. How can I tell Windows not to do that? I would
rather enter the password myself for added security to the site. I do not
have it setup in my user account.

1.) Open internet explorer
2.) Click Tools then Internet Options
3.) Go to the Content tab and click the Settings button under AutoComplete
4.) Uncheck the box "Usernames and Passwords on forms"

You may also want to Tools > Delete Browsing History... but i'm not sure if
that's necessary

I'd think you would want to do that for safety sake anyways (i.e.,
clearing the cache)

No need to delete the entire browsing history, and it won't do any good
anyway. Passwords are not deleted that way.

In IE, go to Tools:Options
Click Delete...
Click Delete passwords...

That will delete your passwords.
