keep track of amount breakdown

i have an excel spreadsheet where i have to keep track of a partial
breakdown of an amount. at one worksheet i have a whole amount, on
another worksheet, i apply my partial amounts, randomly on worksheet
rows by inputting them. how do i keep track of how much i have left
when i started partially applying my whole amount?

worksheet 1: $100,000
worksheet 2: different rows:
cells amounts
a1 $50,000
a25 $25,000
a30 $25,000

how do i know if i have nothing left without keeping track manually?
