Keep subreports on one page

Hello all. I have several reports that we use to identify exceptions in our
assignments. This report contains about 15 subreports that each track a
different error condition. The problem is that the page breaks look
horrible.

For one employee, they may only have one or two items show up. Another
employee might have three or four pages of exceptions. The page might break
right in the middle of the subreport header.

Is there a 'keep together' option for subreports that will help control page
breaks? I have set all the 'keep together' settings I could find, and it
still looks horrible.

I've enclosed a snapshot image of the report.

I have been going around with a similar issue for months.
My report has 23 subreports and it seems that at least one
of them always was overwritten by the page footer.
I tried something new this moring that seems to have
worked. On the grouping ans sortings option set the keep
together to off or none and see how that works.
