Have automated Powerpoint via VB code, once show is running on 2nd
monitor (full screen)I want to be able click back on VB programme to
do other things, but as soon as I do this the show stops until you
click back on Powerpoint. How can I programme this?

PowerShow exports an SDK that can be utilized from any program to access its
features but this requires PowerShow to be available on the machine. Let me
know if you need access to PowerShow SDK.

Have tried contacting Chirag via e-mail, my_email_is@my_website.com
and (e-mail address removed) both get bounced back.

[CRITICAL UPDATE - Anyone using Office 2003 should install the critical
update as soon as possible. From PowerPoint, choose "Help -> Check for
Updates".]

Hello,

PowerPoint does not have the built-in capability to allow a full-screen
slide show to continue to advance automatically when the show is not the
foreground application (does not have focus).

If you (or anyone else reading this message) feel strongly that PowerPoint
should include an option which allows full-screen slide shows to continue
running when they lose focus (without requiring an add-in or additional
software), don't forget to send your feedback (in YOUR OWN WORDS, please)
to Microsoft at:

As with all product suggestions, it's important that you not just state
your wish but also WHY it is important to you that your product suggestion
be implemented by Microsoft. Microsoft receives thousands of product
suggestions every day and we read each one but, in any given product
development cycle, there are only sufficient resources to address the ones
that are most important to our customers so take the extra time to state
your case as clearly and completely as possible.

IMPORTANT: Each submission should be a single suggestion (not a list of
suggestions).
