Keep records together in report

I have designed a report based on a select query. I want all records on the
report to print on one page, but no matter what grouping levels I choose,
each record in the query is printing on a separate page. Can someone help?
 
Check that the "Force New Page" setting in the format tab of the Detail
section of your report is set to "None". If that's not it, then the only
other thing I can think of (off the top of my head) is that, if each record
is large (fills over half a page), a "Keep Together" setting on the
sort/group dialog is causing the page breaks (but it seems unlike, since you
say "I want all records on the report to print on one page", implying that
they are small, and the whole report should fit on a single page).
