keep getting this page is not available when trying to get on some sites ?

I cannot get into my msn instant message, keeps telling me my user name or password is incorrect or dose not exist? any ideas I am a very new user also getting this page is not available when trying to get into some sites are my security settings to high?? how do I change them.
 
In Internet Explorer -
1. Tools > Internet Options > Advanced
2. Scroll down to the Security Settings.
3. Make sure that the two boxes are checked that say
"Enable SSL 2" or "Enable SSL 3".
Try your secure sites.

If you've ever had any third-party firewall on your computer and it got
corrupted, it could cause exactly this problem. I've fixed this several
times on different customer's computers, but I can't give you exact
instruction. In each case, it took several tedious hours, even when I know
exactly what I was doing and how to go about it.
