Everytime I try and go into a secured site like ebay... My IE doesn't
complete the page.. It will lock up after loading half of the page...

It's not ebay.. I can use someone's computer and works ok... I keep getting
this same error message.

Did a virus scan and no virus.. How do I fix the error message below?

C:\DOCUME~1\RJ\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER08f1.dir00\iexplore.exe.mdmp
C:\DOCUME~1\RJ\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER08f1.dir00\appcompat.txt

szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000

Thank you PA,

I did what it stated, but when I go to download the file I keep getting
another error message that reads... You must first down load IE 6 Service
Pack 1 ...

I have the IR SP 1 on my computer. They recommend that I download this file
(KB831167)

But when i try to I got the above error message. Please help.. GOD Bless

Who recommends installing the KB831167 hotfix?

According to your first post, you have WinXP SP2 installed ("iexplore.exe
szAppVer : 6.0.2900.2180") and KB870700 says:

<quote>
Prerequisites
To install this update, you must be running Internet Explorer 6 SP1 (version
6.00.2800.1106) on one of the following versions of Windows:

• Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 1
</quote>

WinXP SP2 gives you an IE version newer than IE6 SP1 (though it's not called
IE6 SP2). I'd concentrate on SP2-specific suggestions in the links I
posted.

And check for hijackware.
